Not certified yet? Start here. Learn to dive in Bali with PADI courses at Makara Dive in Sanur. You can start with Open Water Diver from age 10 and progress through Rescue, Divemaster and Tec 50. Groups are small, with no more than four divers per guide.

Excellent dive center! Excellent service, friendly staff, great guides, almost new equipment + a computer included (bonus). I went for two days: Nusa Penida (3 dives), Tulamben (2 dives). They picked me up from my hotel, took me to the dive sites, fed and watered me (lunch is included in the tour price), and returned me back to the hotel.
